Just minutes away, you’ll find lively commercial area filled with restaurants, cafes, KSL mall and shops. The city center and Mid Valley Mall are also within a 10-minute drive. 2. **Quiet hours are after 11:00 PM.** Please keep noise levels low outdoors and avoid loud activities that may disturb the neighbours or result in police intervention. 3. **Do not damage the property or its structure**, including walls, tiles, flooring, or other fixed structures. Drilling, sticking items onto surfaces, or altering the original structure of any property fixtures is strictly prohibited. 4. **Do not cause damage, excessive dirt, or mess in or around the swimming pool area**, including eating or drinking around the pool, as this may affect the next guests' use of the facilities. 5. **Do not move indoor or outdoor furniture, fixtures, or decorations** without permission. 6. **Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and on artificial grass areas.** Smoking is only permitted outdoors. 7. Please **close the glass roof over the bonfire area** when it is not in use or during rainy weather. 12. **No food or drinks are allowed in the billiard/pool table or automatic Mahjong table area.** 13. **Do not move the air cooler.** Please contact our staff if you need assistance. 15. If you are travelling with children, please ensure that they are supervised by an adult to prevent damage or stains to the furniture. If the furniture cannot be cleaned, a **RM100–RM500 cleaning or damage fee** may be charged, depending on the situation. 16. **Please remove the awning before check-out.** Failure to do so will incur a **RM1,000 penalty**. 17. If your event requires **high electricity usage**, please inform us in advance so that we can prepare extension cords (**maximum 2**). This is to help prevent power trips or excessive electricity usage. Any damage to electrical wiring caused by excessive power consumption may result in additional charges. 18. If the bungalow is **unoccupied, please ensure that the automatic gate is closed**. Leaving the automatic gate open while the bungalow is unattended will result in a **RM1,000 penalty**. 19. **Please ensure that all doors are properly closed and locked when leaving the property.** The management will not be responsible for any loss or theft resulting from doors being left unlocked. Failure to comply with the house rules may result in a **RM100–RM1,000 penalty**, depending on the severity of the violation. Any damage to the property, furniture, equipment, or facilities may also result in **additional repair or replacement charges**. By staying at the property, guests are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these house rules.
