Enjoy the convenience of JB town with local food, shopping and daily amenities just 3–5 minutes away. 🍜🛍️ If you need extra fordable mattress, need charge RM50 for each . Kindly request with us, if you need it. Let's us make a good arrangement for you. Event or party must early inform us and get approved from owner, we have to make a good arrangement for you. We will need to request deposit of RM2,500 by transfer upon check in. We will refund the deposit to you after done cleaning. 1. If have any catering/lok lok truck/buffet/satay, we will have extra RM250 cleaning fee charged. 2. If have any decoration/party/event/canopy, we will have extra RM600 charged. 2. After 11 PM, please maintain quietness outside the house, avoiding loud noises or disruptive activities (which may lead to police involvement). 3. Do not damage walls, tiles, floors, or any structural elements. This includes no drilling, pasting, or altering the original structure of any objects. 4. It is strictly prohibited to cause damage or dirt in the pool or its surrounding areas (e.g., dining or drinking) to avoid disrupting the normal use by the next group of guests. 5. Please do not move indoor or outdoor furniture and decorations without authorization to ensure the facilities remain in good condition. 6. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors or on the artificial grass area; smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas. 7. If the glass roof facilities of the campfire area are not in use or in case of rain, please ensure they are closed. 12. Do not consume food or drinks in the billiard/automatic mahjong table area. 13. Moving of the air coolers is strictly prohibited; seek assistance from staff if needed. 15. If you have children with you, please ensure there is adult supervision to avoid soiling the furniture. If the furniture cannot be cleaned, fines ranging from RM100 to RM500 may apply, depending on the situation. 17. If an event requires a large amount of electricity, please inform us in advance so that we can prepare extension cords (a maximum of two can be used) to prevent power outages or excessive electricity usage. Any damage to electrical wiring due to excessive power usage will result in a fine.
